Neko Case
The most bi-polar interview that I've ever conducted was my first with Neko Case. Neko's live record for Anti- "The Tigers Have Spoken" was released and sent to me.. I thought it was real good so I wanted to have her on the program. When I got her on the phone we just really clicked, we both have weird sesnes of humor and that really came out. It was an extremely off beat interview but I received a whole lot of great feedback in regards to the interview. It was really a blast to talk with Neko and I really feel passionate about the music she has made as well as the music she continues to make.
She's a big music nerd.. I mean my favorite part of the interview is when she said she loves to pretend to be Rick Danko. - So you get the idea.. the interview is very loose and a lot of fun. We also cover some good informative ground.. I think.
