Devendra and I have exchanged e-mails back and forth for quite some time about various topics. We attempted to do an interview once back when he had just finished "Cripple Crow" but the day of the interview he forgot about it and so I left. I cameback a few hours later and as soon as I got in he called. We chatted a minute at that time and made plans to do an interview at a later time.
I know Dev's publicist because he keeps me updated on all of the good records he's working. So, we set up this interview after the official release date for "Cripple Crow". I ran parts of the interview on my syndicated radio show "Are You Ready for the Country?' and I ran the full interview on my internet radio station "DarkSide of the Radio". Below you'll find the full interview that ran on DSOTR. It's total length is around 40 minutes.
